Happy St. Patrick’s day! Eat lots of greens today ;) That’s my plan to celebrate, along with studying for finals. (Eat ALL the salad!)
Yesterday I ate a lot… What I ate wasn’t bad by any means, but it was certainly a little too much. Not a big deal. I drank more than what my goal amount of water was for the day. Studied. So in all it was kind of successful. Here’s today:

Breakfast: 3/4C oatmeal, 1 banana, 1 tsp almond butter, 1/2 tsp cocoa powder <3
Snack: Celery sticks with almond butter
Lunch: Green smoothie
Snack: Cucumber tomato salad
Dinner: Quinoa, talapia, side salad

Water: ~96oz
Workout: 15 min HIIT elliptical
-3x15 leg lifts— slowwwww
- 3x15 side V ups
15 min moderate cardio stairclimber
- Muffin top workout!
— going to increase the reps because my body is kind of used to it now
15 min moderate cardio incline treadmill
- Plank: 5 min total
